Hello,
Is there a way to store some variable values in none volatile memory?
Example:
Storing a set point value, that after power failure it will come back to the last value set.
Are trends and archives the answer?

Hi Hubert,
thanks for your question. Trends and archives are not the answer, these are "write-only".
The answer is the SGSLP function block, which does exactly what you need.
If you need additional information, I'll be happy to help.

Hi Jaroslav,
thank you very much!
Unfortunately SGSLP is in ADVANCED licensing group
In case of any doubts about SGSLP I'll post my questions here.

Hi Hubert,
there is also one more possibility - you can use REXLANG function block to save and load value to / from text file.
See this example: REXLANG Reading values from file
Some more details can be found in this topic.
If you require any further information, let me know.
