By organizing some function blocks into a subsystem I have know a subsystem block with 3 unknown outputs.
How can I remove these outputs?

Solved....the ordering of the output pins caused the problem....I only had one outport function block and this one was numbered '4'.
The subsystem added the three other ports (1,2 & 3) automatically, so just by assigning the only existing port the number '1' my problem was solved.

Hi scoobsalamander,
thanks for solving this. This is a feature, the user is solely responsible for numbering the inputs and outputs. It is useful for ordering the pins in larger subsystems.
