Hi all, is it possible to run a previously written REX program directly from the RBP's GUI? It seems the HMI requires a WiFi connection and an external device, or is it possible to utilize HMI to run programs from the RBP's GUI?
Thanks

Hi Leon,
if you have a valid licence for the RexCore runtime module on your Raspberry Pi, your program will be started automatically on system startup.
With a 2-hour demo licence you need to start the program by downloading it to the Raspberry Pi.
If you are asking about running the HMI on the same Raspberry Pi as the control algorithm, then yes, this is possible, see e.g. https://youtu.be/oXTaTk1jbEY All you need is to run Chromium on the RPi and point it to localhost.
Hope this answers your question.
