Function Description
The MDL block is a discrete simulator of continuous-time system with transfer function

F(s) = K0eDs (τ1s + 1)(τ2s + 1),

where K0 > 0 is the static gain k0, D 0 is the time-delay del and τ1,τ2 > 0 are the system time-constants tau1 and tau2.

This block propagates the signal quality. More information can be found in the 1.4 section.
